About me

I’ve worked in numerous kitchens, toured the world with Formula 1 and World Rally Championship teams, cooked on a bbq in the middle of nowhere and worked with the most amazing Michelin starred chefs that the UK has to offer.

During my 30 year career, I’ve been very lucky to have honed my skills by working in a variety of food based environments. I’ll forever be a passionate foodie and love sharing that passion with other people.
